For the People & Organization department, we are looking for a dedicated student assistant to actively support our team. With us, you will take on exciting and varied tasks that will give you a deep insight into all facets of HR:
Your impact - this is where you get involved:

  • HR administration & system skills: You will actively work with our HR system and HR tools. You record, structure and maintain all incoming HR-relevant information - both digitally and in paper form - and create automated reports.

  • Organization & design: You support the planning, organization and implementation of our internal events and training courses and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

  • Knowledge management & documentation: You keep our intranet up to date and ensure that important knowledge is clearly structured and easily accessible for all employees.

    Creativity & co-design: The tasks mentioned are only a selection, because they develop with you and your ideas - we look forward to your impulses and active participation in shaping our corporate culture.

Your profile - Who you are

You are interested in HR topics, like to work in a structured way and enjoy organizing and helping to shape things. Regardless of whether you already have some HR experience or would like to enter the field - what is important to us is your interest in people topics and your motivation to take on responsibility.

  • You are an enrolled student in HR or a comparable field of study,

  • You are characterized by discreet and responsible handling of sensitive information,

  • You work independently and coordinate your tasks reliably within your area of responsibility,

  • You are communicative, enjoy working in a team and value the exchange of ideas at eye level.
